6 pork chops
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp water
3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse pork chops, pat dry, season with garlic powder and seasoning salt to taste. In a small bowl, mix egg and water. Dredge the pork chops lightly in flour, dip in egg wash and coat with bread crumbs. Heat oil in medium skillet, fry pork chops for five minutes per side, then transfer to 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with foil and bake one hour. Mix soup, milk and
wine together. After baking one hour, pour mixture over chops and bake an additional 30 minutes.
