1 1/2 cups tomatoes, diced
2 avocados, peeled and diced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
juice from a fresh lime (approx 1 1/2 to 2 Tablespoons- Microwave lime for 10 seconds for more juice)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground red pepper or cayenne

Directions:
Put tomatoes, onion and avocado in a bowl. Add lime juice, pouring directly onto the avocados (this will help prevent avocado from browning). Add cilantro, salt and red pepper. Mix gently, let stand 1 hour in fridge to allow flavors to blend. Serve with corn chips.
