1 (16 oz. ) bow tie pasta cooked
2 C. cut-up cooked chicken (I use store bought rotisserie chicken)
2 (8 oz.) can drained water chestnuts (sliced)
1 C. cranraisins
1 C. honey roasted peanuts
1/4 C. sesame seeds (lightly toasted)
2 C. mandarin oranges, drained
1 bag baby spinach washed and patted dry

1/2 C. oil
2/3 C. Ioshito (teriyaki)
6 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 C. white wine vinegar

Assemble everything except spinach. Marinate 2 hrs. or overnight. Just before serving add spinach.
