3 cups uncooked spiral pasta
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 cans (14 1/2oz.) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (6oz.) tomato paste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile in a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomatoes and tomato paste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove all but 1/2 cup meat sauce to a bowl. Drain the pasta; place half over the sauce in skillet. Layer with half of the reserve meat sauce and 1 cup of the cheese. Repeat with the remaining pasta, meat sauce and cheese. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes or until heated through.
