3 kinds potatoes (at least 2 kinds or Wisc. White)
1 1/2 sticks butter
start out with 8 C. mashed potatoes - divide:
4 cups mashed potatoes (start out with 1 cup)
1 1/2 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 4 C. potatoes and flour. Make into balls -(made 10) roll out and fry and fold in half and cover with dish cloth - then when partially cooled - fold into 1/4 and put into plastic bag with edges tog. into center.
