1 can crushed pineapple
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
24 large marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and save juice. Combine juice and marshmallows. Place in saucepan over low heat and stir until melted. Add jello. Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and cool slightly. In bowl, put jello mixture, cottage cheese, pecans and pineapple; fold in Cool Whip. Put in Pyrex dish. Refrigerate and when jelled, cut in squares and garnish with cherry halves.
