3 batches popped corn (using an air popper)
2 C. butter
2 C. granulated sugar
1/2 C. Karo syrup (light)
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, Karo and salt in a heavy pot, stirring constantly, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, take off the heat, add 1/2 tsp. baking soda to the mixture, stir until mixed thoroughly. Immediately pour over the popcorn and mix well. Place covered popcorn in shallow baking pan or large cookie sheet. Bake in 250º oven for 1 hour stirring popcorn every 15 minutes. Cool on waxed paper.

I use 2 cookie sheets and 2 ovens to make because its easier to stir.
