Chicken or Turkey Casserole Recipe

1 1/2 cups boneless cooked turkey or chicken, cut in cubes
1 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
8 ounces egg noodles, cooked till nearly done
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup water
3 hard boiled eggs, chunked
2 cups potato chips, crushed

Cook noodles until nearly done, but not all done and drain.

In a large bowl, add all ingredients except crushed potato chips. Mix well, pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle potato chips on top.
Bake at 350 about 20 minutes or till bubbly and lightly browned.
Can be frozen.
