1/2 c. rice, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 qt. whole milk, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, 8oz. container of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients (except cool whip) in a buttered cassarole and bake at 300º for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Bake another hour without stirring. Skip off crust on top and discard and let cool. Stir in cool whip and refrigerate.
