2 -3 c. cooked rice, 4 stalks celery, chopped, 3 chopped hard boiled eggs, 1 Tbs. parsley, 1/2 tsp dried mustard, 1 tsp. dried minced onion, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Salad is best if made the night before and refrigerated.

Grandma Loie made this salad for a church luncheon back on March 11, 1969 and served 104 people. She made the recipe 11 times over. The total cost for all the ingredients was $4.12!!
