1 box Rice Chex Cereal
1 cup peanut butter
1 bag chocolate chips
1 box confectioner’s sugar
1 two-gallon Zip-Loc bag*
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Remove from heat.
Pour cereal into a large container. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and stir gently to coat.
Transfer chocolate coated cereal to the Zip-Loc bag*. Dump box of sugar in bag, zip tightly, and shake until all cereal pieces are coated with sugar.
Store in an air tight container, if you don’t eat it all first.

This is a great treat for the holidays...a favorite among the CCDS staff!

*You can use a brown grocery bag. Fold the top over several times to prevent the sugar from coming out.
