4 ripe Hass avocados, halved, pitted
3 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
3 tablespoon(s) minced red onion
2 large red jalapeņo chiles, seeded, minced
1/4 cup(s) finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1 large clove garlic, crushed through a press

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon avocado flesh into a medium bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the lime juice. Using a pastry blender or a large fork, mash avocados just until chunky.

Stir in remaining lime juice and ingredients until combined. Cover surface of guacamole with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving
