Beef Stroganoff Recipe

¼ cup flour
1 tbsp soy sauce
¼ cup butter
½ cup chopped onion
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ cup water
¼ tsp pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Lb sirloin steak, ¼ inch thick cut into 1 inch pieces.
1 Lb fresh mushrooms
1 cup sour cream

Put the salt & pepper in a plastic bag with the flour and shake the steak in the mixture.

Brown in the butter.

Add the soy sauce and onions and sauté.

Add the water, cream of chicken soup and the fresh mushrooms.

Just before serving add the sour cream.

Heat and serve over noodles or rice.
