Homemade Alfredo Recipe

Butter

1 garlic clove

half and half (pint size carton)

1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in butter until almost brown (don't let burn)

Add half and half (about half of the carton)

Stir until the cream almost starts to boil then reduce to low heat.

Add a small amount of grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.

Keep adding cheese until gone

Add salt and pepper to taste

Let cool for about one minute and it should start to thicken up.

Enjoy over desired noodles or other dish.
