1 c. water
1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli (10 oz)
2 c. milk
2 c. processed cheese, cubed
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 carrot, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. half and half cream
croutons

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, cook broccoli and carrots in 1 cup of water (don't drain). In blender, combine milk, cheese cubes and flour; cover and grind. Pour cooked broccoli and carrots into crock-pot, set at highest heat. Add contents of blender to broccoli. Add half and half. Cook until somewhat thickened. Garnish with croutons (optional).
