2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. oleo (melted)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Topping: (optional)
1/4 c. melted oleo
3 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In greased 9 x 13 inch pan spread hash browns. Sprinkle salt and pepper over potatoes. Mix sour cream, oleo, creamed soups, and cheddar cheese. Pour and spread over hash browns.

Topping: (optional)
Mix oleo and crushed corn flakes together. Spread over top.

Bake at 350º for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
