2- 9" Pie Shells
1- 16 oz. pork sausage
1- 10 oz. pkg. spinach
1c. Herb seasoning stuffing
3c. Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
3 eggs (per pie crust)
1 1/2 c. of half & half (per each pie crust)

Directions:

Let Frozen pie shells thaw for 10 min. Bake
at 400 º for 10 min.

In skillet cook sausage and drain. Cook spinach and pat dry. Stir spinach into sausage and stuffing mix. Spread cheese in bottom of pie shells and then add spinach and sausage mix. Freeze promptly or bake.

To bake:
Combine 3 eggs and half and half (per pie crust ingredients). Pour over each individual shell and bake for 30 minutes at 375º. Then sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 15 min. Enjoy.
