1 qt. milk
1/2c. butter
1c. grits
1c. Gruyere cheese, grated and packed
1/2c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk slowly over med-low heat. Add butter. Once butter melts, add grits. stir over med-high heat. Cook until thickens and boils. Take off heat and add Gruyere cheese. Stir until melted. Blend in mixer 5 min. Pour into 9x13 pan. Top with Parmesan.
Bake 400º 30-35 min until brown on top.
