2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup Karo syrup
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
7-8 quarts popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ingredients for 5 minutes. After it starts to boil, add salt and cream of tartar and stir. Pour over popped corn (you can buy bags of puffed corn at the grocer store which is what I recommend.) Spread on cookie sheets or use large disposable aluminum pans as it is less messy. Put in oven at 200 degrees for 2 hours. Stir a few times during baking.
