Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My mother, May Rierson Reed, made this for Christmas Eve. It was a favorite of Gene's (Grampy). There is no recipe but all of my family can call me for further directions whenever they are making it. My middle daughter, Patricia, was assigned the duty of making this for us one Christmas Eve. Because she liked it so much, she decided 5 cups of raw rice would be the correct amount. We had lots of rice pudding!
