1/2 pound spaghetti, cooked and drained
1-1/4 pound hamburger
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
garlic powder or minced garlic clove
2 tablespoons margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1 can mushrooms (optional)

Brown meat, onion and green pepper in margarine; add soups, water and garlic. Add 1/2 cheese and mix until melted. Mix in spaghetti and put in 9x13 pan. Add mushrooms if desired. Add remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cover as spaghetti can get dry.
