Ingredients:  
small pork butt or 6 med-thick pork steaks;
liquid oil, enough to cover meat;
salt, garlic salt, onion powder, accent; 4 T flour, 4 T red chili powder;
2 15 oz. cans (or 1 large size) of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork into cubes. Put in dutch oven pot & pour in liquid oil to almost cover meat. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered for about 1/2 hour to brown. Pour off oil. Season with seasonings-- sprinkle around. Pour in the tomato sauce & add about 3/4 cans of water for each can. Bring to boil & simmer about 15 minutes till sauce thickens.
Serve with flour tortillas and refried beans.
