*Use a 9x13 inch baking pan
1 ½ cups Flour
1 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 ½ cups Oatmeal
1 ½ sticks Butter
1 cup Apricot Jam

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, brown sugar and oatmeal.
Cut in the butter and mix until crumbly.
Pat 2/3 of the mixture into the baking pan
Spread the jam on top.
Cover with remaining oatmeal mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool in the pan, then cut into bars.
