2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup parsley {more if desired}
3 tbsp. minced garlic {more if desired}
1/2 cup milk
salt & pepper {little of each, more if desired}

In large bowl mixed all ingredients thoroughly
Roll tightly into balls {whatever size you like}
Using Large frying pan with some vegetable
Oil , lightly coat each meatball in flour and
and brown all sides.
Have large pot of your favorite spaghetti sauce
Heating on stove ready to add the browned meatballs.
Add all meatballs to sauce and keep on LOW for several
Hours. Check Meatballs to see if done. If not, keep
