1 16 ounce roll of Tennessee Pride sausage (Hot, Med.,or Mild)
1 can (Hot, Med., or Mild) Rotel
1 bar of cream cheese
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (medium)

Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage in large pan. On medium low...or low... Add rotel. (Christin drains her rotel; I do not) Add bar of cream cheese. Mix and get it melted. Add cheddar cheese and mix well.
Serve with tortilla chips.


This is super easy to double the recipe.
