2 lbs. lean hamburger, 3/4 c. of cornmeal, 1 c. salsa, 1 egg, 1/2 c. of shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add egg and cornmeal to hamburger and mix thoroughly. Next, add 1/2 c. of salsa to meat and shape into loaf. Pour the rest of salsa on top and bake for 1hr. at 375º. Add cheese to top and bake till cheese is melted.
