8oz of Mueller's Wide Egg Noodles, cooked according to package directions
1lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, roasted or boiled until done, diced in 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 lb butter
1 cup peeled, diced onion
1 cup peeled, diced carrot
1 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions. Melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots and celery and cook until tender. Stir in the flour slowly. Add the chicken broth. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes, then stir in the cooked chicken and noodles. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, add more chicken broth to get the consistency that you prefer.
