1/4 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. (4 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
2 c. fresh baby spinach leaves

Directions:
Combine Alfredo sauce, milk, and oregano. Set aside. Combine chicken, artichokes, red bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Add 3 c. mozzarella and feta cheese and mix well. Spread 1/3 of Alfredo sauce of bottom of 9x13 pan. Place 4 noodles on top of sauce. Top with spinach and then 1/3 of chicken mixture. Repeat layers and on top, pour a little more Alfredo sauce and 1 c. mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
