1 1/2 c. fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
1 1/4 c. sugar
6 T. flour
1 T. grated orange peel
3/4 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. salt
6 c. sliced, peeled Granny Smith apples
10 inch unbaked pie crust
1/4 c. brandy

1 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. butter

In a large bowl, mix sugar, 6 T. flour, orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Add cranberries and apples and mix well. Place mixture into unbaked pie crust. Drizzle evenly with brandy. Mix 1 c. flour with brown sugar. Add butter and cut in with a pastry blender until mixture forms small clumps. Sprinkle topping evenly over pie. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
