Empty plastic Sunny D jug, cut 1/3 off top
Empty wine bottle of type you will be serving
small roses, baby's breath, greenery
OR 1 each lemon, lime orange thinly sliced
OR any flower mix to match your decor

Directions:
Directions:
Fill wine bottle 2/3 full with dry rice, beans or small pebbles; place in center of plastic jug. Fill carton with water and arrange flowers or fruit in water. Freeze overnight. When ready to serve, peel off outer carton, Pour out weights in bottle and fill with warm water to loosen; roll back and forth in your hands. Take bottle out and replace with your chilled bottle of wine. Set on a plate with a cloth napkin to catch water as it melts.
