5 lb. pork roast
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 C. water
3/4 c. catsup
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 º. Place roast and onions in a large pan. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over roast. Bake for 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender. Using two forks, pull the meat apart, shredding. Discard the bone, mix meat and juices together.
