1 EGG 1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup flour 1/2 cup milk
4-5 large sweet onions oil -for ( deep frying)

Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg and mix together, add salt and flour, to form batter. Cut onions into thick slices and separate to form rings. Heat oil to very hot- 375. dip onion rings into batter and carefully place into hot oil. Turn once to brown until golden brown. Lift and place on cookie sheet lined with paper towels or you may use a brown paper bag to absorb oil. Keep warm in oven till all onion rings are done.
