5-8oz Package creamed cheese (can use regular or combination of low fat and regular)
2 Egg yolks
5 Eggs
3 Tbsp flour
dash of salt
1 3/4 cup Sugar

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
5 Tbsp butter or margarine

Put cream cheese in food processor and blend until creamy. Add sugar, flour, and salt. Then add egg yolks and eggs one at a time mixing in between. Mix crust ingredients together and gently press crumb mixture, with a spoon, into a Spring form pan.
Bake at 475 for 15 minutes, turn down temp to 200 and bake for an hour.
