2 Portabella mushroom caps
1-1/4 cups Italian or Balsmic dressing

Directions:

Quickly rinse Portabella mushroom caps in cold water and pat dry with paper towel. Place stem side up in dressing, spooning dressing into caps. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Grill over medium heat, stem side up for 8-10 minutes. Turn once and grill for another 8-10 minutes until tender.

Grilled Portabellas may be sliced into individual servings and used as an appetizer, an accompaniment for grilled meats, poultry or fish, or served whole in a sandwich or as an entree.
