3/4 c sugar
1/3 c.flour
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. baking power
1/2 tsp allspice
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs yolks(whites for top)
1.c. pumpkin
1/4.chopped nuts for top)
Baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients in double boiler. Add milk,then egg yolks and pumpkin, stirring until creamy. Cook 20min. Pour into pie shell. Top with meringue made with, 3 egg whites,dash of salt,1/3 c. sugar . Beat whites & sugar until stiff and satin. top wirh nuts. Brown lightly.
