1 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup melted margarine
32 Kraft light caramels
5 tablespoons cream or evaporated milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, soda, salt and margarine - saving a little for the top. Place mixture in bottom of 9x9 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350º. Melt caramels, add milk or cream. Remove crust mixture from oven, sprinkle chips and nuts. Spread around. Spread caramel mixture over this and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

Melt caramels, milk in pan over hot water when doing this over a burner.
