3 lb. Fryer chicken cut into serving pieces
Juice from 2 lemons
1 clove garlic, cut
Salt & pepper
1/3 cup melted butter
Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Rub chicken pieces with garlic and place in a deep bowl. Sprinkle with seasonings and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. When ready to cook, arrange chicken on broiler rack and baste with melted butter. Add remaining marinade and broil 20 minutes on each side, basting often.
