1 1/2 C Butter, soft
1 1/2 C White Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
1 T Vanilla
1 T Baking Powder
1 T Baking Soda
1 T Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
3 C Flour
3 C Chocolate Chips
3 C Old-Fashioned Oats
2 C Coconut
2 C chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter with sugars untill creamy. Add eggs, vanilla and spices. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, oats, coconut and pecans. Drop 1/4-cup dough onto ungreased baking sheet for each cookie. Place only six cookies on a sheet -- they will spread. Bake at 350º for 15 to 17 minutes. Let "set" on baking sheet for two minutes before transferring cookies to a wire rack to cool.
