Almost Like Custard Cake w/ Splenda Recipe

8 Eggs
1-1/2 cups Splenda
1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 (32oz) carton Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
Garnish with strawberries, blueberries & whipped cream if you want

Beat eggs well and beat in Splenda. Add vanilla. Blend in ricotta cheese.

Turn into a 9" springform pan that is at least 3" deep.

Bake in 375 deg.oven for 25 min.
Reduce heat to 325 & continue to bake for 25 min.
Remove to wire rack.
Cool 30 min.

Put in fridge uncovered to cool completely.

Gently run a thin serrated knife around the edge of cake to loosen from pan.

Release springform platter leaving bottom support in place.

Garnish if desired with berries & whipped cream.
