12 whole wheat/multi-grain lasagna noodles
1 package turkey hot Italian sausage
1 recipe of De's Marinara
10 oz skim ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 lbs skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350º.

Cook pasta per package directions. Drain.

Remove sausage from casings, crumble and brown in large sauce pan. When completely cooked through, add marinara and heat through.

Mix the ricotta with egg until well mixed.

Assemble lasagna by first placing some sauce in bottom of pan. Layer lasagna noodles (about 4 per layer), spread noodles with ricotta mixture, 1/3 of the sauce, then 1/3 of the mozzarella. Repeat with 2 more layers. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until hot and bubbly and top has browned.

Let sit 15 minutes before serving.
