1 package Betty Crocker SuperMoist white cake mix
water, vegetable oil and egg whites as called for on the cake mix package directions
1 package (4 serving size) strawberry or raspberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 container (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
fresh strawberries or raspberries, if desired

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º F. Make and bake cake as directed on package for 13"x9" pan. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
Poke cake all over with fork. Stir gelatin and boiling water in a small bowl until smooth; stir in cold water. Pour over cake. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake. Refrigerate 2 hours. Frost with whipped topping; garnish with berries. Store covered in a refrigerator.
