2 C biscuit mix
1tsp cinnamon
½ C applesauce
¼ C sugar
¼ C milk
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbs oil

Topping:
¼ C sugar
2 Tbs melted butter
¼ tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Combine biscuit mix, the first ¼ C sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Add applesauce, milk, beaten egg and oil. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill greased or line muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 12 minutes, in 400 degree oven. Remove muffins from pan.
Prepare topping by mixing sugar and cinnamon together. Dip tops of muffins in the melted butter then in cinnamon sugar mix. Then finish cooling muffins on racks.
