2 Eggs, beaten
½ C milk
¾ tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs melted butter
1 lb cooked salmon, broken into pieces
½ C chopped onion
1 tsp dill
2 tsp minced parsley
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, butter, onion, parsley and salt. Be sure to remove any bone or skin from salmon and break into chunks. Stir salmon into egg mixture. Prepare pie crust and put in 8” pie pan. Pour salmon mixture into crust. Bake for 25 minutes, in a 425 degree oven.

Serve with fruit or salad.
