1 10” Bundt pan
1pkg white or yellow cake mix
2 small pkgs Pistachio flavored Instant pudding
3 eggs
1 C vegetable oil
1 C club soda
½ C chopped walnuts

Blend all ingredients in mixing bowl, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan, and bake at 350 degrees, for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. Then remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.
Serve sliced and spoon topping over cake.

1 ½ C cold milk
1 sm pkg Instant pistachio pudding
1 9 oz container cool whip

Blend milk and pudding, set in refrigerator to thicken, but not all the way. Fold in cool whip and serve with cake.
