2 cans Refried Beans
1 Pkg Taco Seasoning
1 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1 frozen Guacamole mix (or 3 mashed ripe Avocados)
2 T. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
3 Green Onions, chopped
2-3 Tomatoes, chopped
1-2 cans Ripe Black Olives, drained & chopped
Jalapeņo or Green Chili Peppers (Optional)
Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese
Tortilla Chips

Directions:

Mix together cans of refried beans and spread over a large plate or bottom of shallow dish.
Mix guacamole, lemon juice, salt and pepper; spread over beans. Mix Taco seasoning, mayonnaise, & sour cream; spread over the top.
Sprinkle green onions, tomatoes, olives, and chopped peppers evenly. Top with shredded cheese. Serve chilled with tortilla chips
