Crunch Topped Peach Pie w/Pecan Crust Recipe

6 c. peaches peeled, pitted & sliced
3 T. flour
1/2 c. sugar

1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
3-4 T. cold water

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. butter

1. In large bowl combine first 3 ingredients.
2. Combine crust items in order, roll out and place in a pie plate. Add peach mixture to the pie crust.
3. Combine topping items in order and put on top of peach mixture.
4. Fold a long piece of foil in half length wise and the wrap it around the outside rim of the pie plate.
5. Bake in a 375 oven for 25 minutes and then remove the foil and continue baking for about 20-25 minutes.
