2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can (13.5 oz can) pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper

1 bag already cooked meatballs ( I prefer turkey meatballs, but any kind works)

Directions:
Open the can of pineapple tidbits and strain the juice into a bowl. Next, mix cornstarch and sugar in a bowl. Stir in pineapple juice, vinegar, and soy sauce until smooth. Pour all ingredients into a pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and boils. Boil and continue to stir for 1 minute. Add cooked meatballs, pineapple tidbits and green pepper. Heat through.
