16 oz Dill Pickles, undrained
1/2 C Chili Sauce
2 cloves Garlic, minced
10 to 12 Hamburger Buns
Swiss Cheese Slices
1 Boneless Beef Chuck Roast (3 to 4 lbs)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast in half and place in a 3 qt slow cooker. Add the pickles with their juice, chili sauce and garlic. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until beef is tender. Remove the roast and discard the pickles. When roast is cool, shred the meat. Return the meat to the sauce in the crock pot and heat through. Using a slotted spoon, fill each bun with about 1/2 C of meat and place a slice of cheese on the sandwich.
