3 Eggs, beaten
3 C Orzo, cooked (1 1/2 C uncooked)
15 1/2 oz. Chunky Spaghetti Sauce
10 oz pkg Frozen Spinach, chopped
1/2 C shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/3 C Parmesan Cheese
1/2 C Ricotta Cheese
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg

Combine eggs, cooked orzo, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and grated Parmesan cheese. Spread over bottom and up sides of greased pie plate. Cook spinach and drain well. Add ricotta cheese and nutmeg. Spoon into bottom of pasta-lined pie plate. Spread remaining spaghetti sauce atop filling. Cover edge of pie with foil. Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake 3 to 5 more minutes until cheese is melted. Let stand five minutes before serving.

Broccoli can be substituted for spinach. Makes more than a 9" pie plate can hold. Freeze extra.
