2 lb Fresh Mushrooms
1 med Onion, chopped
1 tsp Steak Seasoning
1/2 C Butter
1/2 C Flour
10 C Chicken Broth
1 qt Half and Half

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms, onion, seasoning and butter in a pan. Add flour and stir until dissolved. Add broth and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add Half and Half and bring back to a boil.

You may serve soup after boiling a few minutes or add a little more flour and water to thicken the soup and then serve.
